Spider-Man: No Way Home – Tom Holland comments on his Venom 2 cameo!

While the Venom 2: Carnage premiere is long behind us, fans are still speculating about Spider-Man’s appearance in the post-credits scene. Luckily, Tom Holland comes with a short commentary!

As we know, the post-credits scene in Venom 2: Carnage introduced Eddie Brock to the world of Marvel Studios. Should we expect it then in the upcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home?

What will Venom’s future be in the MCU? When is he going to face Peter Parker?

Unfortunately, we do not have answers to these and other questions yet. However, in a recent interview with Total Film, actor Tom Holland was asked about the future of the two characters.

I really don’t know. Being part of this movie was really exciting. Of course, Tom Hardy is one of the greatest actors in the world. I’m glad to say he’s a lovely guy. But I didn’t really pay much attention to it

The actor probably knows what’s going to happen, but he didn’t want to reveal it. One thing is for sure, the duel between Spider-Man and Venom will definitely have to be resolved sometime, sooner or later.

Venom 2: Carnage is another movie from Sony’s Spider-Man Universe and the sequel to the 2018 movie that grossed $ 856 million in the global box office. Descriptions of the plot of the second part have not been presented yet, but it is known that this time Venom will face Carnag, and in addition, a character Shriek will appear. Initially, the sequel was scheduled to debut in theaters in early October 2020, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, the premiere was postponed to June 25, 2021, then to September 15. The current Polish release date is October 15, 2021.

After revealing Spider-Man’s secret identity in the final moments of Far From Home, Peter Parker will ask Doctor Strange to restore his secret identity through magic – similar to the 2007 comic book One More Day. However, not everything will go so smoothly, as Parker’s interference with Strange’s spell will seriously disturb the multiverse. Spider-Man will consequently have to face Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina) and Electro (Jamie Foxx).Additionally, fans await the very likely return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield to the role of Spider-Man.

The film will hit theaters on December 17, 2021.
