Since Netflix canceled the series about Daredevil’s actions, many fans believe that the production will somehow magically revive, and the characters they love will find their way to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Until recently, their dreams seemed unattainable. I will emphasize the word: recent. Well, recent rumors about Vincent D’Onofrio’s potential appearance as Wilson Fisk in the Hawkeye series or the appearance of Matt Murdock Charlie Cox in the blockbuster Spider-Man: No Way Home only fuel more speculation and undoubtedly inflame the hopes of fans.

In addition, another rumor emerged. This time about the movie about Daredevil, the production of which is being considered by Marvel Studios. The project would be a gentle restart of the series, but with the participation of actors known from Netflix’s production.
The rumor is from Daniel Ritchman. The man points out that the characters would have a completely new story, and the events shown in the series of the popular streaming platform would by no means be canonical. Unfortunately, the rumor does not clearly define whether the project in question would be created as a series for Disney + or a cinema production in which viewers would see more heroes from the universe created by Netflix – for example, Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter).
Nevertheless, the above revelations must be taken with great distance and distrust, because these are unconfirmed rumors. Charlie Cox himself in his interviews denied rumors about his potential participation in the production of Spider-Man: No Way Home. He has repeatedly emphasized that he has no idea what the future of the character he will play in the Netflix series will look like. In addition, he also didn’t want to write anything off, arguing that any word he said could ruin his chances of returning to the role of Daredevil, as vigilant Marvel is awake and probably hears everything he says.
